Hill County Family Planning provides affordable preventive health care to clients in Hill, Blaine, Liberty, and Phillips Counties. Sliding fees are available based on income.

We can be reached by phone at (406)265-5481 ext 256. If there is no answer, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00a.m.-12:00p.m. and 1:00pm-5:00pm.

A wide variety of services are provided by a certified nurse practitioner and a registered nurse. 

These services include:

• Dispensation of Contraceptives

• Pregnancy Tests

• STD (Sexually Transmitted Disease) Testing/Counseling & Treatment

• Reproductive Health Counseling

• Cervical Cancer Screening

• Self-breast Exam Education

• Female Physical Examinations

• Male Physical Examinations

• Testing for vaginal infections

• Educational Services

• Referrals to Other Sources (As Needed)

Family Planning services are voluntary.

We have the potential to reduce the incidence of abortion by preventing unplanned pregnancies.
