HIV Testing And Services

The HIV Program at the Hill County Health Department (HCHD) seeks to reduce HIV infection through education, data collection, and counseling, testing and referral.  Free condoms are available at our office and are also provided to many of our area bars and taverns.  Just walk in and pick them up.

Our Philosophy

We seek to empower individuals to decrease their risk, so we can also decrease new HIV infections in our community.
